At Pet Market, we want your furry friend to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn pet apparel and accessories. Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned pet gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
